Which OnlyFans tool fits your workflow best ?
Supercreator and CreatorHero are both built for agencies, but take opposite bets on where the future of OnlyFans management is heading. CreatorHero doubles down on human chatter performance with granular tracking and social media monitoring. Supercreator bets on autonomous AI with Izzy, aiming to reduce the need for chatters altogether. Same audience, fundamentally different philosophies.

Supercreator
Supercreator : The OnlyFans AI Platform for Creators and Agencies
Supercreator is an OnlyFans management platform built around AI-powered fan engagement, combining chatting tools, automation, analytics, and team management into one centralized hub. With over 25,000 creators and agencies on the platform, it is one of the most widely adopted tools in the OnlyFans space.
The centerpiece of Supercreator is Izzy, an AI chatbot trained on over 500 million real conversations designed to engage fans, drive PPV sales, and maintain active conversations around the clock. Izzy can operate in assist mode, helping chatters craft better replies, or in autopilot mode, handling conversations independently in the creator's tone and voice. This makes Supercreator one of the few tools in the market that offers genuine AI chat autonomy rather than just suggestion tools.
Beyond AI, Supercreator includes a full chatting infrastructure — inbox management, a message library with scripts and PPV history, fan CRM with spending data, PriceGuard for AI-optimized PPV pricing, mass messaging with fan segmentation, and an auto-follower bot to reconnect with expired subscribers. Managers get a dedicated layer of tools to track chatter performance, monitor sales, manage account access, and review marketing analytics including tracking link ROI.
Supercreator pricing is structured per account. The free CRM Lite plan covers up to 10 accounts with basic tools. CRM Premium runs $15 per account per month and includes the AI message copilot with 500 AI messages included. The flagship Super AI plan is $99 per account per month plus a 5% commission on AI-generated net sales, with 10,000 AI messages included and full automation features. For agencies managing more than 20 accounts, custom enterprise pricing is available.
Supercreator is a strong option for agencies that want AI-assisted or AI-automated chatting with a mature feature set. Where it differs from Substy is primarily in its commission structure — the Super AI plan takes 5% of AI-generated sales on top of the per-account fee, which can represent a significant cost for high-revenue accounts. Agencies that want full AI autonomy without a revenue share often look for a Supercreator alternative like Substy, which charges a flat monthly rate with no commission on organic sales.

creatorhero
CreatorHero : The OnlyFans Management Software for Agencies
CreatorHero is an OnlyFans management platform built by agency owners for agency owners. Available as a desktop application for Mac and Windows, it focuses on chatting efficiency, team management, and revenue automation for agencies managing multiple creator accounts. The platform claims an average revenue increase of 43% in the first month after installation and is trusted by over 780 agencies worldwide.
The platform's core strength is its chatting infrastructure. Agencies get a full suite of tools designed to help chatters work faster and more consistently — personalized online mass messages that appear in the fan's priority inbox, automatic welcome and follow-up messages with time delays, automatic winback of expiring fans, vault organization with media labeling, scripts with auto-completion, and fan spend visibility directly above profile pictures during conversations. For managers, CreatorHero includes detailed chatter performance tracking covering revenue generated, hours worked, and messages sent, as well as social media tracking for TikTok and Instagram to help agencies optimize their external traffic.
On the AI side, CreatorHero uses AI for chat translation, conversation summarization, and identifying high-value fans. The platform does not offer autonomous AI chat — fan conversations still require human chatters. AI is positioned as a support layer to help chatters work smarter rather than as a replacement for them.
CreatorHero pricing is structured per creator account with three tiers. The Basic license runs $95 per month per creator, the Advanced license is $200 per month, and the Professional license — which includes mass messaging, chatter tracking, PPV tracking, and the full feature set — is $242 per month per creator. Annual billing reduces prices by 25%. A free trial is available on all plans.
CreatorHero is a mature, well-regarded tool in the agency space with a strong reputation for support. Where it diverges from Substy is both in pricing — at $95 to $242 per creator per month, costs scale aggressively with roster size — and in AI depth. Agencies looking to reduce their reliance on human chatters and have AI handle fan engagement autonomously often look for a CreatorHero alternative like Substy, which is built around that outcome at a single flat monthly rate.

Supercreator Reviews
We switched to Supercreator after trying a few other tools and the difference was immediate. Izzy handles most of the fan conversations on her own and the quality is genuinely impressive. Our revenue went up and we stopped stressing about chatter availability.
The platform is well built and the AI actually works. We were skeptical at first but after two weeks on the trial we were sold. The only thing to keep in mind is that costs can add up fast once you scale, but the results justify it for us right now.
Good tool overall. The chatting features are solid and the analytics give us a clear picture of what's working. Support has been responsive every time we needed help. Would recommend it to any agency that's serious about growing their accounts.

creatorhero Reviews
The chatting tools are genuinely well built and the automations do save time. That said, once you start adding creators the bill becomes hard to justify. We're paying close to $2k a month and still need a full chatting team. The cost per creator model just doesn't scale well.
Good product for what it does. The chatter tracking and mass message features work well. But there's no real AI — your chatters still have to do all the work. For what you pay per account, you'd expect more automation out of the box.
CreatorHero is solid if you already have a big team and want to manage them better. The problem is the pricing stacks up quickly and you're still fully dependent on human chatters being available. As soon as we started looking at AI alternatives we realized we were overpaying significantly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Substy cheaper than Supercreator ?
For most agencies managing multiple accounts, yes. Supercreator's Super AI plan charges $99 per account per month plus a 5% commission on all AI-generated sales. On a creator earning $10,000 a month with AI, that commission alone adds $500 on top of the base fee. Substy charges a single flat rate up to $99 per month for all accounts combined, with a commission only on AI sales — no per-account multiplication.
What is the main difference between Substy and Supercreator ?
Both platforms offer autonomous AI chatting, which puts them in a different category from tools like OnlyMonster or Infloww. The key difference is the pricing model. Supercreator charges per account and takes a percentage of AI-generated revenue. Substy charges a flat monthly rate with no per-account fees. As your roster and revenue grow, the cost gap widens significantly in Substy's favor.
Does Supercreator have a free plan ?
the CRM Lite plan is free for up to 10 accounts, but it includes only basic CRM and management tools, not Izzy or full AI automation. AI chatting requires CRM Premium ($15/account/mo) or Super AI ($99/account/mo + 5% commission). Substy's free Starter plan also includes access to AI chat on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no account limit.
Can I switch from Supercreator to Substy ?
Yes. Both are web-based platforms, so no installation is required for either. The main reason agencies switch is to move away from per-account fees and revenue commissions as their roster scales. Substy's flat-rate model becomes increasingly cost-efficient the more accounts and revenue you manage.
Is Substy cheaper than CreatorHero ?
Significantly, yes. CreatorHero's Basic plan starts at $95 per creator per month. Managing 10 accounts costs $950 a month at minimum, and $2,420 a month on the Professional plan. Substy's highest plan is $99 a month flat, for all your accounts combined. The more creators you manage, the more dramatic the cost difference becomes.
What is the main difference between Substy and CreatorHero ?
CreatorHero is built to make human chatters more efficient — better tools, faster workflows, more automation around what chatters do manually. Substy is built to replace or reduce the need for human chatters, with AI that handles fan conversations autonomously. If your goal is to scale revenue without scaling your team, they are solving fundamentally different problems.
Does CreatorHero have AI chatting ?
Not in an autonomous sense. CreatorHero uses AI for chat translation, conversation summarization, and flagging high-value fans. Fan conversations still require human chatters. Substy's AI handles conversations independently, engaging fans and driving sales without a chatter needing to be online.
Can I switch from CreatorHero to Substy ?
Yes. Substy is web-based with no desktop installation required. Most agencies that switch do so to reduce their per-creator software costs and to start using AI to drive fan engagement without growing their chatting team further.
