Which OnlyFans tool fits your workflow best ?

CreatorHero is a heavyweight desktop platform built for agencies managing multiple creators, with deep chatter tracking, social media monitoring, and operational accountability baked in. Botly is the opposite — a simple, mobile-first AI suggestion tool designed for solo creators on the go. If CreatorHero is built to run a team, Botly is built to help a creator chat faster from their phone.

CreatorHero : The OnlyFans Management Software for Agencies

About
creatorhero

CreatorHero is an OnlyFans management platform built by agency owners for agency owners. Available as a desktop application for Mac and Windows, it focuses on chatting efficiency, team management, and revenue automation for agencies managing multiple creator accounts. The platform claims an average revenue increase of 43% in the first month after installation and is trusted by over 780 agencies worldwide.

The platform's core strength is its chatting infrastructure. Agencies get a full suite of tools designed to help chatters work faster and more consistently — personalized online mass messages that appear in the fan's priority inbox, automatic welcome and follow-up messages with time delays, automatic winback of expiring fans, vault organization with media labeling, scripts with auto-completion, and fan spend visibility directly above profile pictures during conversations. For managers, CreatorHero includes detailed chatter performance tracking covering revenue generated, hours worked, and messages sent, as well as social media tracking for TikTok and Instagram to help agencies optimize their external traffic.

On the AI side, CreatorHero uses AI for chat translation, conversation summarization, and identifying high-value fans. The platform does not offer autonomous AI chat — fan conversations still require human chatters. AI is positioned as a support layer to help chatters work smarter rather than as a replacement for them.

CreatorHero pricing is structured per creator account with three tiers. The Basic license runs $95 per month per creator, the Advanced license is $200 per month, and the Professional license — which includes mass messaging, chatter tracking, PPV tracking, and the full feature set — is $242 per month per creator. Annual billing reduces prices by 25%. A free trial is available on all plans.

CreatorHero is a mature, well-regarded tool in the agency space with a strong reputation for support. Where it diverges from Substy is both in pricing — at $95 to $242 per creator per month, costs scale aggressively with roster size — and in AI depth. Agencies looking to reduce their reliance on human chatters and have AI handle fan engagement autonomously often look for a CreatorHero alternative like Substy, which is built around that outcome at a single flat monthly rate.

Botly : The OnlyFans AI Chatbot for Creators and Agencies

About
creatorhero

Botly is a mobile-first AI-powered CRM built for OnlyFans creators. Unlike most OnlyFans management tools that require a desktop app, Botly runs entirely in your phone's browser — making it accessible from anywhere without being tied to a computer.

The platform is built around one core idea: helping chatters craft better messages faster. Botly's AI learns your communication style and suggests personalized replies in your chosen personality style. You stay in control of every message — the AI recommends, you decide what to send.

Beyond messaging, Botly offers fan CRM, behavior tracking, spending pattern analysis, advanced analytics, and multi-language support across English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, and more. It's trusted by over 10,000 creators and has powered over 8 million AI-assisted chats.

At $47/month per account (or $36/month billed annually), Botly positions itself as an accessible entry point into AI-assisted OnlyFans management — though it's worth noting that costs multiply for each additional account you manage.

The chatting tools are genuinely well built and the automations do save time. That said, once you start adding creators the bill becomes hard to justify. We're paying close to $2k a month and still need a full chatting team. The cost per creator model just doesn't scale well.

Good product for what it does. The chatter tracking and mass message features work well. But there's no real AI — your chatters still have to do all the work. For what you pay per account, you'd expect more automation out of the box.

    Ines T.

CreatorHero is solid if you already have a big team and want to manage them better. The problem is the pricing stacks up quickly and you're still fully dependent on human chatters being available. As soon as we started looking at AI alternatives we realized we were overpaying significantly.

The fan memory and behavior tracking features make chatting much faster and more personal. Works well as a browser-based tool. The per-account pricing does start adding up once you manage more than two profiles though — wish there was a flat-rate option for agencies.

Does exactly what it promises — AI message crafting, fan tracking, solid analytics. Mobile support is genuinely better than most tools I've tried. But the AI doesn't send anything on its own, you still approve everything manually. For solo creators it's great; for agencies managing lots of accounts, the costs pile up fast.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Talk to us

Is Substy cheaper than CreatorHero ?

Significantly, yes. CreatorHero's Basic plan starts at $95 per creator per month. Managing 10 accounts costs $950 a month at minimum, and $2,420 a month on the Professional plan. Substy's highest plan is $99 a month flat, for all your accounts combined. The more creators you manage, the more dramatic the cost difference becomes.

What is the main difference between Substy and CreatorHero ?

CreatorHero is built to make human chatters more efficient — better tools, faster workflows, more automation around what chatters do manually. Substy is built to replace or reduce the need for human chatters, with AI that handles fan conversations autonomously. If your goal is to scale revenue without scaling your team, they are solving fundamentally different problems.

Does CreatorHero have AI chatting ?

Not in an autonomous sense. CreatorHero uses AI for chat translation, conversation summarization, and flagging high-value fans. Fan conversations still require human chatters. Substy's AI handles conversations independently, engaging fans and driving sales without a chatter needing to be online.

Can I switch from CreatorHero to Substy ?

Yes. Substy is web-based with no desktop installation required. Most agencies that switch do so to reduce their per-creator software costs and to start using AI to drive fan engagement without growing their chatting team further.

How much does Botly cost ?

Botly costs $47/month per account on monthly billing, or $36/month per account billed annually (saving $132/year). There's no free plan, but a 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

Does Botly send messages automatically ?

No. Botly is an AI suggestion tool — it recommends messages based on your style, but you review and send every message yourself. There is no autonomous or automated sending.

    What's included in Botly's plan ?

Every plan includes access to the Botly CRM and AI, a mobile-first interface, 12,000 AI credits/month, complete fan management, advanced analytics, multi-language support, fan behavior tracking, custom message templates, and 24/7 priority support.

Can I switch from Botly to Substy ?

Yes. Substy is web-based with no extension required. Most creators and agencies that switch do so because they want AI to handle conversations fully rather than just assist chatters, and because Substy's flat rate is significantly more cost-efficient at scale.
